That Day

7/17/2009 | 1343 views | Category: Black Poems | Tags: Spiritual Poem,

There will be a day when all the rain will go away
where sunshine will come out to play all day

Your sorrows will have no tomorrow
and you cares will lie at the end of the stairs

Tears and fears will end that year and
you will always have someone that hears

No worries will you have to carry because they would already
will be burried.

No more shame or pain will you ever have to gain because it's his love
that ordains. He will give you more once you walk thru those doors

Silence will be golden because it's you He has chosen to
keep always as if frozen.

It's gonna get sweeter when you meet the gate keeper,
your name is on a list and you won't be missed

Happiness will be the only emotion known when you
call this place your home.

You will see all those that have passed in a gleeful laugh
they will greet you and never mistreat you

To conform to the uniform of big white wings and fly with the
angels that sing

Like being in the month of May, I can't wait to see this day
with a higher power that will host this hour

Majestic in all his might it will be such a wonderful delight
to behold such a sight

No other place here or in space would there be such a face.
Sadness will be a thing of the past and gladness is here to last

Eternity will set us free, you just wait and see this is how it was meant to be.
